Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Seals of command

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Seals of command trebuie sa procuie atunci cand seal of truth este triggered adica in momentul in care ai deja 5 stackuri de censure .La noi si aplicarea de stackuri de censure procuie talentul ceea ce este incorect


Dovada / Proof:


Observam ca am 134 de procuri de seals of command si doar 129 de seal of truth // adica a procuit si pe cele 5 aplicari initiale de censure



Proof ca asa trebuie sa fie :

Tipul are 101+22=125 procuri de seal of truth
si 112+13=125 procuri de seals of command

Apai 125-22 =/= 101 , mai degraba 101+22=123 cuplat cu "125 procuri de seals of command" , 125-123=2 => SoC incepe sa procuie undeva pe la a3a aplicare/stack de SoT presupunand ca nu luam in calcul JoT .

"The additional damage (listed as "Seal of Truth") does not proc only when 5 stacks are placed; it procs for a certain amount per stack, and despite being described as a percentage of weapon damage...Finally, this additional damage will also sometimes proc Seals of Command, if talented. In my experience it does so perhaps 50% of the time. Seals of Command is of course also procced from using Judgement.

deci din WoL linku' tau ai niste procs aditionale de la Judgement of Truth 9+3=12 procs de SoC sigure de 100% .

Ceva asemanator gasesti si aici : "Presumably due to a bug, Seals of Command does not currently proc 100% of the time. Actual proc rates vary, but usually fall between 50-75%."

=> din 125 procs de SoC scadem 12 sigure din JoT si ramanem cu 113 din care scadem iar 123 din SoT si ajungem la -10 lipsa potrivit wowhead comment-ului si observatiei de pe Wowpedia e normal . No bug .
