Bug description:Simple was not flagged fighting npcs. Flagged mage comes along and boom instant pvp flag. Not going to suggest a cause as I have no idea. I figured a dev could figure it out.

Once you did damage to that PvP Flagged Mage, is obviously that you damaged him since you can see he Absorbs your damage, you will be flagged for PvP instantly.
I see no reason why you shouldn't be flagged for PvP once you attack a PvP Flagged player of the oposite side.
