[REJECTED] [Paladin] [Protection] AoE Spells flagging for PvP

Bug description: In the following video you can see that the pala was doing the Quest with pvp off. A PvP on Mage come along and ran in the AoE of the paladin, so he got also flagged.
Last time this was reported, the moderator closed it becouse he doesnt knew what the problem in this video was and rejected the report.

It seems to be a "possible" world issue, not a class related one.
