[REJECTED] [Paladin][Protection] Consecration duration vs haste

Bug description: Consecration duration doesn't match tooltip

With 31,7% haste tooltip says the duration is 9.9 sec but it expires after around 8 seconds. It makes it hard to keep consecration buff up 100% of the time with this duration.
I checked it with no haste and duration is more or less accurate.

Idk works fine for me,consecration ticks every second so even though you have 12.5 it shouldn't do 13 ticks that is still 12,i tested with both of your values and i didn't have any duration issues nor lack of ticks.Rejected.
