WoW Freakz spell link: Judgement

Bug description: Judgment should only give back 2 seconds (or 4 seconds with a crit) from the SotR cooldown (which is around 11 seconds to 12 seconds depending on haste. I do not have another trinket to test this, but with this trinket I was getting back 1 to 3 charges which would be around 11 seconds off the cooldown or 33 seconds if it was all 3 stacks. I wish I could give you more info on what was exactly causing this issue but I don't have the gear or trinkets to test if it's a haste scaling bug or if it's only with the item.
