Bug description: It doesn't increase the damage that you deal based on the numbers of enemy's around you, idk about the damage reduction portion can't really test it that well

If my math it's ok should be 1-0.97^4=11.5
so the dmg should be 3.57+3.57*11.5/100=3.98
