Bug description: Light's Embrace does not benefit from versatility

Currently, I have no proof that this spell is affected by versatility or that it is not in general, in my testing, it is not affected by versatility on a protection paladin, hence, a protection paladin "bug"

Just a did a test and indeed it doesn't get affected by Versatility,but also i only managed to find fixed values for the proc,i couldn't find if it is getting modified by something.So rejected for now,if you find proof from retail or something that its supposed to get affected post again.
