Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ok,as you can see Sheat of Light should increase the spell hit by 8 %,but unfortunately it doesnt.As you can see in the screenshots ,in the character panel it shows only the hit capped by gear.Thats how ret is missing with templars even if he is fully capped.On 4.0.6 it was working fluently,so i hope you will fix this fast .

This spell works, it just doesn't update the character sheet.
And also, TV is a physical attack, it doesn't count for that.
