[REJECTED] [Paladin][Ret] Greater Blessing of Wisdom/Kings buffs can be stack on the same target

Bug description: A player can have 2 or more of the same buff on him if in the party/raid are 2 or more ret paladins
Proof: Put in a party/raid 2 ret paladins and both of them should buff the same player with Wisdom (or Kings), that player would have on him 2 Wisdom buffs.

That "Limit 1", is the limit of blessing you can give. Is not the limit a player can carry. People can carry multiple stacks of greater blessings as you can see in the following quote found at https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20749046025?page=11
