Reopening this: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Paladin-Retribution-Hotfix-June-19-t544510.html as the class feels kind of behind compared to the others.

Proof: I didn't save the result, but I ran simcraft with: no gear except a grey two-hand sword, no talents, no consumables and made the A.I. use Crusader Strike until 3 HP has been reached then use Templar's Verdict. Same for Blade of Justice. Then made it use only Judgement. I had the same sword equipped on Freakz and tested the damage on a dummy, playing exactly the same as the A.I. The damage was higher by a very small amount, 400-500 on average, on the spell hits for the simcraft, the melee attacks were only 4-5(2355 > 2350 damage, for example) higher on Freakz, strangely. For some reason, I'm too dumb to run this again. I would ask someone with more experience around simcraft to run a similar test if possible.

Also, if other hotfixes, such as 29th of June hotfix and 24th of July hotfix, aren't implemented on freakz, it means that this one is missing as well.

That's still no proof.
Some early pvp fixes are missing as they had not that high priority but until June 27 almost every pve fix should be live.

Regarding simcraft it's hard to get a version from 7.2.5 with all hotfixes as their homepage only offers you 2 wrong versions.
I got from quicksand a simcraft folder to check spell details with my console, just can't sim char with it (or idk how, simcraft gui crashes when i start).

So ye, kinda need Quicksand to apply all other hotfixes first and then compare our dps to retail videos from 7.2.5 august 2017.

The only people that should know for sure if this hotfix is already implemented or not are the developers. Players cannot test this since is a general increase over all dmg.
Could you please investigate on your side deeper, because on my side (as retribution players) I cannot test this at all ?

As I can see, there are more posts like this at confirmed -> example: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Death-Knight-Frost-July-24th-Hotfixes-t544321.html

7.2.5 retri modifier on retail:

Retri modifier on freakz:

If you are asking why 20% is because since legion 7.0 each class received different modifiers during years and this is the current number on 7.2.5.

Everything is implemented as it should be.

@Garn: The 7.2.5 modifier was implemented at the beginning of 7.2.5, this is already on freakz. But what I am talking about is a hotfix that occurred after 7.2.5 launched, which adds on top of the increase of the modifier. The hotfix added 3.5% damage to all of the paladin's abilites. So what you referenced here is something different.

No, it is not different. That simc data is from just before 7.3.

I checked all aura and everything is identical with what we have.

Offtopic: Ok, so why this post was so easily confirmed? Why this hotfix needs "deep" research and others not? Can you atleast answer this question please?

@Garn. The first noticeable difference is that what you linked is an increase to the damage modifier of some spells from 12% to 16% and then to 20%(8% increase, not all the abilites). What I am talking about is an increase to all the damaging abilites of the paladin by 3.5% . And also, an increase by X% amount in the damage modifier of a spell may not have the same impact on the final damage of a spell as a X% damage increase overall. And what you linked can be found in This post from 12TH OF MARCH 2017, which "was updated to also include the tuning for tier 20" on 13th of June(quote from the article), still 6 days earlier than the hotfix I am talking about, so even if the patch notes you referenced included hotfixes, my particular 3.5% hotfix was still to come at the time of that article.

That's why i didn't confirm/reject it yet.
The hotfix "should" be already applied as quicksand said we have to check June 27 > August and not earlier onces.
Still i reported this to confirm if it was really applied.
The 20% ability dmg aura is no proof for me as this aura used to be 12% in 7.1.5. Basically 12>20% is not 3.5% more.

Good that Rdtym mentioned this topic about the general 7.2.5 changes, adding this togheter we can confirm now that the hotfix was correctly applied.

12>16% (16.5?)

Hotfix June 19: 16 (16.5?) > 20%

The hotfix says "damage of all abilities..." so it basically refers to exactly this aura that modifies all abilities.
A general dmg hotfix to the class would be "All damage increased by x% and not all abilities increased by x%".

Still there are some minor doubts, like why is TV/divine storm excluded in this hotfix while simcraft tells us it should not be exlcuded.
Maybe this is a different bug report and would result in a major pala buff if it is true. (20% to templar and storm)
gonna report this later, then working now^^
