Bug description: The trinket only procs 2 times tops when used with tier 7 talent Crusade. It procs good though, @6-8 times, when used with Divine Purpose.
Proof: Can be easily tested in game but I made 2 short videos where you can see the Avenging Wrath timer in weakauras.

Refering to 7.1.5 hotfixes CoF should procc way higher on avenging wrath then on crusade.
This fix was implemented on freakz and works in my opinion more or less correct.
