WoW Freakz spell link: Divine Hammer
Bug description: At some bosses in special Elisande and Inquisitor Tormentorum you can't use Divine Hammer.

Proof: I didn't manage to create a video, but you can tast it easy. When you are testing, please give it time, is not happening instantly.

Probably because of Fast Time (wowhead link) or Sapped Soul (wowhead link), but I have to mention that I'm not using Divine Hammer when i have Sapped Soul (wowhead link) on me and it still happen.
