Bug description: this is a new trait which is when we use judgement on particular targets there is a 50% chance for judgement to spread on nearby units but it literally never procs like never ever and seems like its not working.

I just tested this and it works properly for me,you need to deal damage in order to spread the debuff.

Sry had no time to test this earlier.
Can't find a bug with this talent, it spreads correctly with 50% chance on each attack, notice to spread it fast around bigger groups you need aoe talents like divine hammer.
Also the copied judgment has the same duration as the old one (a Judgment with 1 sec left will be copied to another 1 sec Judgment).
So you might often spread it at the very last second and not even notice it.

Proof:
Ashbringer > Divine Hammer > whole grp had judgment at 2 sec left.
