[REJECTED] [Paladin][Retribution][Talent] Divine Intervention proc

Bug description: So basically this talent makes Retribution paladins immortal to a lethal attack, bubble auto-procs whenever you are going to die, but only if the spell is not in cooldown or you dont have the debuff of using BoP or LoH. I myself had this problem only in PVP arenas or skirmishes where my bubble won't proc, people would just smash me to the ground and I'd be staring at my laptop like an idiot wondering why my auto bubble didn't proc. Rasons why it didn't proc could be cause I got kicked (like rogue kick on my cast) or silenced (like the blood elf arcane torrent), but I'm 100% sure i didn't get nor kicked on any cast or silenced, one time i got one shotted by a enhancement shaman in 2v2, my bubble didn't proc, i didnt have debufs and didn't get kicked or anything.

Proof: I'm not sure if I have any screenshots as proof but I can try to find em, but also I have a couple of arena mates who could verify this bug happening to me. Please if you can look into this at least briefly and see if its a bug or am just crazy, it would be great to know, thanks for reading sorry for ranting. Im down to help for anything I can, in game character: Ochikuro-felsong Ret paladin.
