Bug description: QuickSand just like you say Critical is working? Look with 22% crit and 34 Templar's Verdict cast i do 1 critical (2.9% Skada) some think is wrong because some time is do well some time is not do well

We had a retri paladin with 25% crit when we progressed on Elisandre and on like 2 days i looked into the overall data of him regarding your crit issue last time.
With about 500-1000 templar's verdict he always had exactly 27% crit, which is absolute normal togheter with claw enchant.
Open again a bug report if you tested this properly and see any odd behaviour, but testing something like rng elements with only around 30 samples is just way too low. You can dig a little bit into probability theory, there is something like a standard deviaton.
So if you bring a screen with like 100 templar's there can still be a big deviation, at 500 it starts to be ok and with around 1000 samples your test can be considered trustworthy.
I was bored and actually calculated how much hits you have to make for 95% confidence in your answer. It is a minimum of 587 xD.

I appreciate your eager to make rerti pala better, but with these bug reports people will start to doubt your credibility.
