Bug description: Since the hit rating stat is no longer in the game is it normal that abilities get parried/blocked ? On bosses it happens more often than on dummy and abilities can get "Immune"

Yes, dummies are considered to have no back so you can parry no matter where you are hitting it from. Regarding bosses you can parry only if you are attacking from front with any melee abilities.

I havet realised that you posted on MoP. My answer is valid on Legion since you mentioned that hit rating is out.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.

This is mop section and legion patched 7.2.5 so rejected^^
