Vengeance Aura:
Whenever you or nearby allies with your Greater Blessings within 40 yards become victim to a full loss of control effect, your Holy damage and critical strike chance is increased by 4% for 10 seconds. Stacks up to 4 times.

Bug description: Vengeance Aura won't Process if any nearby allies withing 40yard of paladin being victim to a full loss of control effect.
Proof: i took this talent and it processed for me fine but party member near me ate fear stun etc and this talent didnt processed
if need any more proof tell me

Tested this and it works fine for me.
Maybe you forgot to apply Greater Blessing of Kings or Greater Blessing of Wisdom on the people to test it.

As the tooltip says you only get stacks for CC on people with your blessings and not just anyone.
