[REJECTED] Paladin artifact dissapeared

Bug description: Hello , today around noon , i started the quest for my Artifact weapons. At the last boss in the scenario , after picking the Ashbringer the boss bugged stunning me forever. I disconnected , and i was teleported back in sw without the Ashbringer , only with Truthguard and Silver Hand. After that i used the ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/artifact_fix.php ) for the Ashbringer , but after i used it , Thruthguard dissapreared. And i can't get none of them now. Could some1 please help me ?

PS: recived only the Thruthguard trough customer support.
