Bug description: The Transport Network doesn`t work for Kyrian, I don't know for other covenants.
Normally you should discover portals in Bastion and if you go higher in rank finally you get Oribos portal from Covenant base, which it doesn`t happen, the portal or teleporters to other location doesn`t exist at all.

Unfortunately the covenant upgrades are not yet fully scripted. Please wait until they will be fully implemented.
