[REJECTED] Presentation is Everything - Quest Item Won't Drop

Bug description: Quest item won't drop
Proof: I've killed the objective mob, Gangamesh, 8 times. I've tried logging out and back in, dropping the quest and picking it up again, and pulling him out of the cave. Nothing works. He only drops money and grey items, no quest item.

Edit: I tried one last thing. I let another, random player, not in my group, tag the mob, then I helped kill him. The item dropped then, but not the other 8 times I killed him. This is still a bug and needs to be fixed.

It's a loot chance, you must've gotten very unlucky.

I just checked it on the PTR and it dropped for me, first try.
