Bug description: Dsn't proc at all...on freakz spell base is 15% proc chance...wtf are u talking..is 100% everytime under effect of shield...thats why no one plays priest disci...becouse of major bugs.

What part of that ability you don't understand it increases healing done by Atonement by 100% for the people that stand in side Power Word: Barrier.
It works perfectly fine, next time you report something pls test what you are claiming!
