Bug description: You can't still create this hidden artifact appeareance because 3 of those volumes (volume VII - Scarlet Halls, volume VIII - Inquisitor Ernstonbok, volume XII - Chief Bitterbrine) dont drop and Scarlet Halls is closed, and as you can see here you need to have every single volume to make it..

You have 1 week to find all the books. If you read this guide, Scarlet Halls and Scholomance are closed and they are not required in order to get the appearance.
If you tried today to loot "Volume VIII - Inquisitor Ernstonbok and volume XII - Chief Bitterbrine" and you couldn't, that's because the tracking quests have been reset.
Read the guide and find out all you have to do.
