Bug description:
Hello!
I'm leveling a priest, and at lvl19, i tried Random Dungeon Finder as a disc healer.
My heals does not scale with the teammates level, so there was a 5k+ HP mage, and a 8k+ HP warrior dps, and i had 70-200 heals/shield to them....

of course they died every bigger pull or boss...

i could burn all my mana, and they still missed half of their healthpool... i am afraid to join RDF again, because unscaled healer is useless to any teammate who is 20-30level higher than me.
Every ability heals equal to my level including atonement "heal" and shield.




Proof: If you want i can ruin a team day again with my high healing ability, but i think it can be replicated easily.

Hello,
This issue appears due to wrong Scaling of RDF and lack of proper Chromie time, I recommend levelling with quests and not using the RDF system, this is not specifically Priest/Disc Priest issue but general issue.
I am due to this closing this report as invalid for the class specifically.
