Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The first part of the talent doesn't work

Code:

Increases the chance for you to gain a Shadow Orb when dealing damage with your Mind Flay and Shadow Word: Pain by 8%

ScreenShot bellow shows folowing:
200 ticks Mind Flay
36 procs Shadow Orb

That means 18 procs per 100 ticks aka 18%.

Easy math: Should have been 18%(default proc chance) +8%Harnessed Shadows = 26 procs per 100 ticks.

Chiar ma intrebam ce ar mai putea fi buguit la shadow priest deoarece stiam ca pe blizzard era in top dps classes,gg.

Nu mai confirmati tampenii .
Se poate testa usor astfel : Un spec de Shadow cu Harnessed Shadows vs. un spec de Shadow fara Harnessed Shadows . Se vede clar ca merge ... >_> so Invalid .
