Bug description: as u see in description, this spell should heal every sec for 6sec (its mean 6 ticks)
but we have just 2 ticks in 6 sec (sometimes 1 tick) (and this is too slow)
there is no diffrent in Healing amount for example: my mastery raiting is 30% so we have 30K healing overtime in 6 sec for 100K Flash heal, right
but number of ticks is not right
in this server when u heal urself by flash heal for 100K and Echo of light will heal u 30K for 6 sec in 2Tick !
but its wrong
Echo of light should heal u 30K for 6 sec in 6 ticks, alright ? (its faster and ur echo of light have enough time to heal damaged targets)
and what is the Diffrent ?

diffrent is in Overhealing !
in this server Overhealing of Priest Holy is too High and when u Check it by Recount u will see Overhealing of Priest is for Mastery: Echo Of Light !
and player can not do anything for this problem.

for example u r in SoO 10HC Raid as Priest Holy Pulse 2 Another Healer Like Druid and Shaman.
and when u start to Fight Players Get Damage From Boss And u Heal a Player by instant Flash Heal
so, this player by ur flash heal get to 60% health from 40% and other healers heal this target too until he get to 100% health.
so echo of light have not enough speed to heal this target when this target is not at full health, becuz other healers heal this target very fast and its too late for ur echo of light to heal becuz he is already is full health.

as i said we have just 2 ticks in this server
and this 2 ticks of echo of light is at 3 and 6 second ! (its too late) and echo of light is not helpful here ! (this is overhealing becuz target is full already)
and this is the reason why priests have too many overhealing.

if Echo of light heal u EVERY SEC as bllizard said this spell geting so helpful.
becuz we have 6 ticks and the distance between ticks is closer so we have more chance to heal targets when they are still damaged.
look at my Screen Shot and u can test it
Echo of Light is the most powerful passive i have but half of this power is useless becuz this passive dont work correctly

please fix the number of ticks of echo of light (every sec for 6 sec) (6ticks)
if u fix this ticks priest overhealing get lower and healing done get stronger.

as u can see for example number of ticks of echo of light in overhealing chart is 279 !
it means too many of my healing was waisted becuz speed of echo of light and damaged targets is at full health already until echo of light ticks work! (that 2 ticks)
