Bug description: Since yesterday or maybe earlier Naaru spawn much less often. Others players also noticed it. Is it bug or maybe freakz nerfed it ?

It's not a bug, it was bugged before. It tried to proc multiple times on one cast, resulting in a really high proc chance. It has 20% proc chance now when you cast a holy word spell.
