Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Mind Flay channelling time should be scaling with the haste. In the video at 00:11 the haste trinket procs and the MF tooltip shows that the total channel time should be 1.88, not something over 2.7, as shown in the channel time in MFClip addon.

Instead of having lower cast time, we've made the time between ticks lower in the same cast time.

Damage output of Mind Flay is the same even if the mechanic is different and we are currently not going to modify this.
