Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Tick-urile sunt 1 dmg,dmg-ul initial este,nu stiu daca este ok ca mi se pare putin 4-5,poate e din cauza mea,dar tick-urile sunt 1dmg.

Devouring plague nu da overkill dmg deci daca targetul are 1 HP (dummy) atunci da 1 dmg...testeaza pe dummy-urile alea cu mult hp

cineva sa inchida topicul.
