Descrierea bugului / Bug description: when someone cast renew on you it will heal you each 0.05 sec instead of 3 sec

Oh my god, was it so hard to test that spell as 85? Renew is working fine, its just that somehow low lvl ppl are abusing some special items to get TONS OF HASTE.

No bug here, just a low level with some high level quest reward items with no level requirement that give him haste, and at level 10 haste rating is like 5 hr = 1% haste, imagine if he had some items with 150+ haste rating on them each.

At 85 its fine.

I do not know what you tested there but i just retested and it works fine

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
