Bug description:

mass hysteria,
this ability is assumed that when you enter in the form of vacuum .. acomulates while the form lasts giving 2% damage every 1 second so if I am in the form of vacuum 15 seconds .. should do more damage my touch skills vampiric and word of pain .. which does not happen ..
they can regulate it for
