Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Procentajul dat in functie de mastery este incorect.

Ai dreptate , Empowered shadow nu se calculeaza corect in functie de mastery

Daca aveti nevoie de fomula :
((0.015 * Mastery + 0.1)

Singurele chestii care se vor schimba la Empowered Shadow vor fi pe 4.1 cand in loc de 1.5% va fi 1.45%.

Please fix, se simte la mastery ridicat, cu cat ai mai mult cu atat primesti mai putin decat trebuie.

Nu aduna base mastery de 2 ori. Ai 8 puncte, iar fiecare da 1.5% => 12% increase. (Increases the damage done by your Shadow Orbs by 12%.)

10% + 12% = 22%. In tooltip arata 21%, diferentele asa de mici nu cred ca sunt considerate buguri.

Mai citeste postul meu inca o data
Eu am dat link din wow freakz database, spell de 4.0.6 (cea pe care jucam noi in momentul de fata)
Tu ai dat link de pe wowhead database, spell de 4.3.4
De luat in calcul ca de la 4.1 in sus acest spell a suferit cateva nerfs

Nu confunda Shadow Orb Power cu Shadow Orbs. Doar primul a suferit schimbari pe 4.1, cel din urma e la fel (cel putin asa arata wowhead-ul si databaza freakz)
Primul da 12% (fiind mastery-ul de la priest) iar al doi-lea da 10%. 12+10=22%

Tu esti cel care confunda. Eu ma refer la procentajul de damage increase dat de Empowered Shadow. iar acesta se calculeaza strict dupa Shadow Orb Power , adica 12% + 1.5% x numarul de puncte de mastery.
Nu mai posta aiurea daca nu stii ce vorbesti.
Iar Shadow Orbs reprezinta doar un declansator pentru Empowered Shadow.

Da, Empowered Shadow are 10% increase damage si cu 12% din mastery face 22%, nicidecum 24% cum ziceai tu.

De unde 12%? In tooltip spune foarte clar:
