[REJECTED] Priest and DK class hall - no quest for 3rd relic (maybe other halls too)

Bug description: In priest, and as far as I know, DK class hall, there is no more quest for 3rd relic. 1st pic is my priest, on which you can see there is no quest, and that questgiver is only one giving quests in class hall. DK pic is exacly same situation but from a friend.
