Descrierea bugului / Bug description: MInd fly nu beneficiaza de haste...beneficiaza dar in mod invers bagi haste creste chaneling

Dovada / Proof: http://postimg.org/image/omrgi6k5n/ ar trebui sa aiba chaneling time 2.45 dar are 2.9 asta este la ~ 22% haste

e gresit gandit spelu pe freakz, functioneaza dupa mecanica, more haste more ticks, de aia poti da archangel dupa 1 mf, which is wrong.

Mind Flay e considerat dot si de asta ii creste durata + numarul de tickuri cand creste hasteul celui care casteaza. Din cate stiu eu, merge cum trebuie.
