Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The ones with instant cast effects stack with each other,most likely the same with hand enchants too but only seen it happen with belts for now

Old engineering bug, which was fixed, but if you place a new tinker enchant both of them will activate. We need you to make a ticket ingame and ask for that belt to be replaced with a non-enchanted one (you will receive your gems too).
