Bug description: you cant mine felfang basilisk, but should be able to and it gives 3-6 empyrium and primal sargerite on a low % Proof: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=126197/felfang-basilisk#mining

Can confirm, tried in any configuration with different tools. Can't be mined after killed. Fireball @ Felsong
