[REJECTED] Prospecting Sometimes Not Giving Loot

Bug description: When prospecting Leystone Ore (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=123918&name=leystone-ore), Felslate (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=123919&name=felslate) or Empyrium (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=151564&name=empyrium) the loot window will sometimes appear with nothing to loot. In the screenshots shown you can see that Each ore is grayed out showing that I have indeed prospected that item.

EDIT: after quite a few prospects, I've concluded that this bug is caused by the Red Gem Chip (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=129099&name=gem-chip) Not being properly assigned to the prospecting loot table.

In addition to this I would wager the drop rates for gems from Felslate are incorrect, and while I can't prove this I have prospected a good amount of Felslate and received far less gems than I would have received from an equal amount of Leystone prospects.
