Bug description: On first phase arcanetic rings are spawned at the boss after he jumps diagonally from his location and casts the spell. Sometimes the boss takes a position that causes it to jump on to the blue bubble without giving tanks any chance to position the boss correctly.
Proof: Stitched together the most obvious moments where boss just stays at the blue bubble and casts Arcanetic ring

I can confirm this , it happened to me once in a raid aswell. I'm not sure what causes it , might be some timer related stuff or she just doesnt come back as fast as she should . The timer indicator for Rings is correct on your dbm , she always casts them when the timer says it will .
