Bug description: So, i have that Quest, but i make the reputation Forest Hozen to exalted, and when i go to kill some mobs and monkeys i see them as friendly, and i need to put my reputation to "at war" to can kill them

at wowhead GM told me to post it so i make it as clear as i can

Yes, if you have done the necessary quests you will receive reputation with that faction, which is a Horde faction in Jade Forest... you need to check "at war" to attack them, which does not affect your reputation... as well, uncheck "at war" to do quests with them.
