[REJECTED] [Quest] Bugged quest series for Loremaster Achievements

Bug description: THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP POST FROM AN IN-GAME GM TICKET: NEED SOME HELP IN-GAME!!!
I don't really see how posting this in the forums really helps me in-game with the issue, but here you go.

I have already completed these quests: The Fall of Shai Hu & In the House of the Red Crane & Terror of the Dread Wastes & The Sha of Hatred.
All are quests from quest chains that award cookie credits towards achievements for completing the criteria of the quest chains in certain zones. Since I have already completed these quest chains they are unavailable to be repeated to receive credit for the quest achievements. I have already been to wowhead and the Freakz database to back-track all of the quests in these quest chains, but none are available to accept from the NPC's that give the quests since I am sure I may have already completed them.

Can you please put these quests back in my quest log to complete them again & see if it awards the credit?
A friend told me a GM helped him with a similar quest issue in the Dread Wastes for a quest chain of The Klaxxi faction & he was finally awarded Amber is the Color of My Energy Because the GM helped him to complete the quest again by adding the quest to his log again.
All a GM would have to do is spend 2 minutes with me in-game to give me the quests back so I can complete them again.
I don't mind having to complete the quests again if that's any problem. As a matter of fact I wouldn't mind if every quest from Pandaria was reset so that I could complete them again in proper order & not miss out on certain phases that were bugged prior to release of this expansion. If you could just fix these 4 quests though I would much appreciate it, so I can complete them again & be awarded for completing them. Thanks

UPDATE: It seems that Terror of the Dread Wastes & The Sha of Hatred. are now working, so only the other 2 quest lines are still bugged The Fall of Shai Hu & In the House of the Red Crane

My eyes bleed... 1 quest = 1 bug report ... future meta-topics will be automatically rejected.

The Fall of Shai Hu , Kun-Lai = known bug, reported at bugged achievements (not yet fixed)

In the House of the Red Crane = those that did the quests before I fixed the chain issue need to open a ticket ingame and ask a GM to remove https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=30376&&name=hope-springs-eternal this quest from their character... id 30376 , name Hope Springs Eternal

The other 2 are 100% working... Norva spawns when you talk to the NPC / accept its quest, the other one as well has complex script (100% retail).

@ I will reject this topic, because one bug is duplicate, another is an issue for players that did quests at those 3 npcs before my fix (ticket ingame, as I mentioned above).
