Bug description: Bloodsail Corsair do not interact when spoken to, can't make them go hostile and kill them.

Check reputation panel and set "at war" with that faction.

Did check that, I can not uncheck the [at war] button since I am kinda hated normally by them. That how it should work, they are happy that I gave them a fake head and the buff makes it possible, while having hated reputation, to do the quests.

It is the piracy buff you have active... it is bugged... remove it, and if they are enemy, raise the rep with them by killing Booty Bay bruisers, and if they are friendly, uncheck at war with them in rep panel.

also, the other way around... remove buff and if they are friendly check at war to kill, if they are already enemy, just kill.

They were friendly because of the buff, and that bug is already posted

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
