Bug description: The quest item Nalamya's Book of Enchantments is not dropping. I have ran it 3 times 2 on heroic and 1 normal and wont drop.

i'm agree too , few runs on M0+ and some M2+ dont drop it.

Confirmed. Enchanting quest line stops dead in its tracks with this bug.

Wait I thought it was suppose to be 100% this what the whole reason I made this thread. Come to find out I was looking at the wrong deal. The drop chance should only be

Drop Chance: 3.85%

Would be idea to keep it retail like. I had this all wrong. @microk2

WoWHead shows the total % based on how many players looted that item, but not all players have Enchanting as a profession. To avoid any bug reports, we'll set all quest items in dungeons with 100% chance

If you look at the item tooltip on wowhead it shows the drop chance%
