Bug description: I am missing Raelorasz's Spear [item=35506], thus even if it says completed I cannot turn it in. I tried re-taking the quest, but it wouldn't work. (I have tried the /recover_items.php but page doesn't exist.)

Tested and works fine.
Target Nexus Drake Hatchling with quest item and go back to quest taker with the Drake (they fly around the area, but I also spawned a static one in the air above the quest map objective location - this addition will be live at server restart).
