WoW Freakz link: The Dark Portal
Character name: Archmage Khadgar
Bug description: There is no mission for the dark portal and it cannot be taken. Created a garrison with the help of the NPC, but there are no quests in it.

Archmage Khadgar in the Blasted Lands should give you this quest at Level 90 (not the one you linked). You should be able to complete the follow up quests from the Assault on the Dark Portal scenario. The entire quest chain is scripted. Afterwards, you should focus on doing Bonus Objectives around Draenor. The major storylines and Garrison Campaign is not fully scripted yet.
