Bug description: The Quest is not available. On wowhead it says its obsolete but at wow.freakz.ro item finder it seems like it should work. When im wrong then im really sorry.

Vanilla quest, removed in WOTLK when Naxx moved to Dragonblight... quest is removed from the game for many years.

l.e.: it still appears on wowhead / wow freakz db because nothing gets deleted, just "removed" (disabled).
