[REJECTED] [Quest] Quest bugged in Suramar (Close Enough)

Bug description: When i accept the quest, I can pick him up. I get the action bar with the "drop" incon on it, and my character is silenced (unable to cast any other spells). As soon as I go into the cave, and "Shal'Aran" becomes the zone I'm in, my action bars change back to normal and I cannot drop him. I've tried to relog, reload, run away and come back, abandon and retake the quest, but nothing has worked so far. Very frustrating.

Firstly, the second link you provided doesn't work.
I wasn't able to reproduce the issue however. It could be something related to phasing, since as soon as you enter the cave you get "phased" and the button disappears.

Try to abandon the quest, then unstuck, delete cache and disable ALL your addons. After you've done that, take the quest again and see if it works.

Oh wops, my bad about the link, idk what happened there.
So, I tried to follow the steps you gave me, and they did not work.
I recorded it this time so you can see exactly what's happening, as it does seem like a phasing bug indeed, and it happens 100% of the time which is leaving me unable to complete the quest.

EDIT: Never mind, I actually worked it out. It seems that you'll be phased as long as you have another suramar quest active, in my case it was "Kel'danath's Legacy" and once I abandoned it I could complete the quest as normal. So all good now, thanks a lot for the reply thought and all help provided
