Bug description: Trade Prince Gallywix is not where he should be, so you can't complete the quest to get of the isle Kezan.
Proof: he's on the ship where you can't get to (yet). The canon does nothing.

Abandon, retake the quest and try again. Speaking to the cannon will move you onto the ship.
