Bug description: Item cannot be obtained anywhere.

NOTE: Not to be confused with the lower level quest. There's a level 34 or smth as well.

It was considered fixed. I waited a while for a restart, it happened. I went in, I still don't see the object. Is there perhaps something still wrong?

You'll see the item is contained in one object which is spawned in one place.
I personally tested the quests before marking the bug as fixed.
