You have to go to the king and get a quest called " You can't miss him " from him that sends you to the npc "Njormeld" at Fjorn's Anvil. There you complete his quests and he will tell you to meet him back at Dun Niffleheim.

Also, you get auto-complete at that quest if you talk with King Jokkum.
