[REJECTED] [Quests][Legion][World Quests] Possibly Important Bug

Bug description: When I hit 110Lvl today I guess second quest appeared on my screen, first I thought it was a bug and try to search for a clue and see it is ok to have the second quest as of one of your other characters is completed the first quest once other characters do not require to have the reputation requirement. However, when I turned in the quest I received 3.000 reputations with all factions instantly which i do not think it should give and 3 WQs appeared on my map.

Now I am going to try the WQs to check if I can do all or not and will edit here.

Also in the third picture you may see WQ offers an intellect trinket for my tank paladin which is strange too.

Follow Up: I did all three Emissary Quests available in the first day i hit 110th Level.

First Emissary Quest:

Third Emissary Quest:


Thoguh second one was a Warden still it has not to be available in one day. Also you may see all three quest rewards in the last screen in my backpack.
