Bug description: in wow spell link it's different than in game and than in changelog. the changelog from freakz. there are 3 different values for this one. you will see in proof.

the value from ingame is from patch 7.2.0
you need to change the value to 7.1.5

Was reduced to 60% from 70% due to the 8% modifier buff. The riight value is the one in game which is 60% for damage increase and 60% for mana cost.
